Welcome, PERS health insurance members

The Oregon PERS Health Insurance Plan (PHIP) offers health insurance coverage for all eligible PERS retirees plus eligible spouses and dependents.

We contract with four different health plan carriers and two dental carriers. All health plans include prescription drug coverage. Each health plan offers Medicare and non-Medicare coverage for eligible PERS retirees and their families who meet the eligibility requirements.

When you select a health or dental plan, your primary residence (not mailing address) must be within the United States and the health plan's service area.
